PRAYER.....

I know there are many prayer requests going up to the Lord tonight......I have a handful of friends that need a touch from God.  Please touch and agree with us tonight in going before the throne.  Father we need your perfect will in each situation.  IN THE NAME OF JESUS Amen...

MAKING A DIFFERENCE A couple of months ago, I went to a church event to do a book signing.    The person in charge directed to a spot where I was to set up.  Ah, I thought I have the best seat in the house, right next to the biggest grill I have ever seen.  I introduced myself to the chef.  In between the turning of his ribs, chicken, and Italian sausage; we found out that we had something in common.  He loves to cook and feed people and me, I just love people. The Courage of the Queen The other night I was watching the 2006 movie, "One Night With The King."   This movie portrays the life of the young Jewish girl, Hadassah, who goes on to become the Biblical Esther, the Queen of Persia, and saves the Jewish nation from annihilation at the hands of its arch enemy while winning the heart of the fiercely handsome King Xerxes. Esther WAS in a place of oppression, but when she went to the palace she was given the second most honored position in the kingdom.  Though she had no idea what lied ahead of her, she all the same; did what was necessary to become the very person that was used to deliver her people.
