RECOGNIZE

I Love Lucy was an American television sitcom starring Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz, Vivian Vance, and William Frawley.  This black-and-white series originally ran from October 15, 1951 to May 6, 1957; and was the most-watched show in the United States in four of its six seasons.

Though every episode was side-splitting, there is one in particular that I can watch over and over again; the one where Lucy auditioned for the Vitameatavegamin commercial.

Don’t we wish there was something like this to help us with the symptoms, changes, aches and pains that we experience during the seasons of Menopause.

(Hot Flashes, Night Sweats, Irregular Periods, Loss of Libido,  Vaginal Dryness, Mood Swings, Fatigue, Hair Loss, Sleep Disorders, Difficult Concentrating, Memory Lapses, Dizziness, Weight Gain, Incontinence, Bloating, Allergies, Brittle Nails, Changes in Odor, Irregular Heartbeat, Depression, Anxiety, Irritability, Panic Disorder, Breast, Pain. Headaches. Joint Pain, Burning Tongue, Digestive Problems, Gum Problems, Muscle Tension, Itchy & Tingling Skin).

It is to your advantage to first RECOGNIZE and jot down the changes that are happening to your body.  Are you tired, run down, listless, a party pooper and unpopular to be around?   Waste no more time in seeking help from your physician and with the right eating habits (vitamins, meat, vegetables and minerals) and regular exercise; you can help relieve some of the symptoms and changes that your body is growing through.

Remember Menopause is a season, not a disease and this too shall pass!
